The form traveller is used for free cantilever construction of post-tensioned box girder - and cable-stayed concrete bridges. Engineering to international standards, the system provides an exceptionally rigid formwork, with a maximum deflection of less than 25mm at full loading.

BACKGROUND OF PROJECT 

It's a 85m+170m+85m pre-stressed, post-tensioned continuous  concrete rigid frame bridge with a total length of 340 meterspier  height 36.85m. Bridge over the Jhelum River which located in the  Dadyalsub division of Mirpurdistrict in Pakistan. STHC supply cantilever form travellers to China Railway 1st Group which take the project construction.
